  • 1 cup Keith’s Hand-Peeled Whole Cacao Beans
  • ½ cup Almonds, Raw, Whole
  • ½ cup Walnuts, Raw
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ cup Pistachios, Shelled
  • ½ cup Dried Apricots
  • 6 Dates, Pitted

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop dates and dried apricots and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all nuts and seeds.
  3. Add Cacao beans and dried fruits.
  4. Mix until even and incorporated.
  5. Transfer to a sealed container and store in a cool, dry place and enjoy!
