During our ceremony, Keith's Cacao will help you retrieve what you need to traverse the darkest spaces in your psyche and the inevitable difficulties of life by unlocking the wisdom of consciousness that is already available to you. All you need to bring is you. 

• We will open with an introduction to Keith's Ceremonial Cacao and drink Cacao together as Arielle takes us on a journey to the mythic underworld. 
• With each sip, we will follow the story of the goddess Demeter and her fight with the shadow forces who've stolen her innocent daughter Persephone. We will explore the concept of healing and befriend the power of the Crone archetype.
• We will then begin to shift our felt reality through a guided meditation to our own shadowlands. There, we will stay, safely navigated to witness the parts of us that we call demons. 
• Arielle will open up the space for individual guidance for those who haven't yet seen the path through their suffering and would like assistance. These courageous volunteers will help to shed light on the dark places within everyone in attendance. 
• We will complete our journey with integration and, if needed, a general Q&A session.
